One Tablespoon with hot or cold water. Stir. and that's all you need to do to create your first whole bean coffee! We recommend adding your favourite natural sweetener (e.g. honey).

40% raw sunflower seeds
Tip:
If your not a fan of settlement, take your tablespoon of suncoffee and place into your plunger, give it a stir then continue to use plunger as normal .
